MFS Multi-platform Apps Only Works With Employees, Not Supplier Contacts (Doc ID 1619377.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Multiplatform iOS General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When running concurrent program to create field service multi-platform users we get the following error message:

ERROR MESSAGE

"Creating User: WTCREW1 language: US
Responsibility ID: 23675 Application ID: 883
User NOT CREATED: User WTCREW1 is not an employee
Creating User: ESDAILED1 language: US
Responsibility ID: 23675 Application ID: 883
User NOT CREATED: User ESDAILED1 is not an employee
"

In all other applications (field service wireless, field service laptop etc.) for use of field service by technicians, user can create, schedule to, dispatch jobs to supplier contact CRM resources and groups, and those resources can use the standard applications to accept, work on and debrief jobs.

The new app for iOS and Android (Oracle Field Service Multi-Platform) doesn't allow 'Supplier Contacts' to be set up and use the app.

Expect the new app for iOS and Android (Oracle Field Service Multi-Platform) to allow 'Supplier Contacts' to be set up and use the app.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Already existing - Field Service Technicians who are "Supplier Contacts"
1. Setup Oracle Field Service Multi-Platform, as per the configuration guide available on Oracle support
2. Try to create multi-platform users for "Supplier Contacts"
3. Receive error message":
Creating User: WTCREW1 language: US
Responsibility ID: 23675 Application ID: 883
User NOT CREATED: User WTCREW1 is not an employee
Creating User: ESDAILED1 language: US
Responsibility ID: 23675 Application ID: 883
