On : 12.2.2 version, Repair Order Management
When attempting to create a repair job an error occurs.

Generate Jobs Has Failed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Repair Order.
2. Click on the Jobs tab,
3. click Create Job.
4. Fill out information in new form and click Submit Job.
At this point the error is generated
When enabling FND Debugging for 'csd%,wip%', the following error pops up in the debug output (not shown on the screen):
