Unable To Close Receivables Notes Window When No Note Exists

You are unable to close the Receivables Notes window, from Collections form, when no note exists. 

If you click anywhere in the Receivables Notes window, you will not be able to close the window.  Otherwise, there is no problem in closing. 
You are forced to close the entire application and then log in again.

The closing problem does not exist when we try to open the same for a transaction, which has an existing Receivable Note.
