UIF Calculation Is Not Working For Employees Working Under 24 Hours. (Doc ID 1620227.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, South African Payroll, test instance, patched with RUP6 and the ZA EAP patch.

When attempting to process an employee working less than 24hrs per month, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error was encountered when processing assignment nnn
Error was encountered when processing Element Type ZA_UIF_Employee_Contribution
The UIF Calculation Based on Hours Worked functionality has been selected at Assignment Level but not at Legal Entity Level. Please amend the setup to ensure these values are the same at both levels.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From ZA HRMS Manager
2. Attach the newly created balance feed element to feed the number of working hours with a value less than 24.
3. Ensure that the element is attached, and the input value: Use Hrs Worked, is set to Yes.
4. Process a quickpay.
