Symptoms

Using a custom screenset and layout (no changes to public) for OB_LINE, the “release lines” actions screen is reverting to the Edit screen when when selecting multiple records and navigating to the "Next" line.

Steps to replicate:
1. Create a custom Manager Layout and Screen Set (copies of OB_LINE)
2. Search for multiple Lines using this screenset
3. Action: Release Lines
4. On the resulting screen, click next to move among the records

Notice that the layout changes after you click next to move to the second record.
