Symptoms

On E-Business Suite version 12.1.3:

Actual Behavior
"JSP Agent" web component has status "Down" in Oracle Applications Manager's Dashboard page.

Expected Behavior
Expect Oracle Applications Manager's Dashboard page to reflect the real status of "JSP Agent" web component.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check status of web components in Dashboard from OAM.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot correctly determine the real status of web components using OAM.

Changes

 The node is going through a NAT and the IP is not the expected one, therefore it's not authorized.
