Goal

What steps need to be performed, in order to set up a Payment Terms 60 Days EOM + 4 Days ?

Example:
Invoice Date = 03-Feb-2017
60 days takes you to 04-Apr-2017, end of month to 30-Apr-2017, you then add 4 days.
Expected due date : 04-May-2017.
