Symptoms

When attempting to process an Individual Compensation Distribution (ICD) plan that has date type input value on element and uses a formula to assign the value, the following error occurs:

Incorrect format for Date unit of measure


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Define Element.
2. Define Input Values (Money and Date type).
3. Link to all Payrolls.
4. Create Formula to assign date input value using to_char(SYSDATE, 'YYYY/MM/DD HH:MI:SS').
5. Create Standard Rate Definition using Extra Input Rule of formula created.
6. Assign ICD.
7. Enter Amount.
Error occurs.
