Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Self Service Comp

When attempting to process an ICD plan that has Date type input value on element
and uses a formula to assign the value, does the following error occurs.

Incorrect format for Date unit of measure



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Define Element
2. Define Input Values (Money and Date type)
3. Link to all Payrolls
4. Create Formula to assign date input value using to_char(SYSDATE, 'YYYY/MM/DD HH:MI:SS')
5. Create Standard Rate Definition using Extra Input Rule of formula created
6. Assign ICD
7. Enter Amount
8. Error
