AX migrated Receipt missing XLA records and not allowing period to Close


Attempting to close your period and find that AX Receipts that were migrated to Release 12 are missing the XLA table information and causing the period not to close.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation:     Control > Accounting > Open/Closed Periods
Click to Close <DEC 13> period
Will not close, indicating you have records that are not processed.
