Symptoms


After applying a patch, when attempting to launch the Oracle Configurator from any calling application, an exception is generated. The exception that was capture in the java console is below:


ERROR

java.lang.Exception: SessionController.processRequest: Caught exception: oracle.apps.cz.runtime.FatalException: Configurator requires schema version 25 e, current version is 25 UPGRADE
IN PROCESS.java.lang.RuntimeException: Configurator requires schema version xx x, current version is xx UPGRADE IN PROCESS.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Quoting or Order Management Responsibility,
2. Navigate to the Order form,
3. Add some Configurable Items.
4. Click on the Configurator Button,
5. Configurator fails to launch and the error occurs.
