On : 12.1.3 version, Service automation
Service Requests are not getting closed automatically after the SR tasks are closed
This happens if the profiles 'Service: Auto Closure of Service Request' and / or 'Service: Auto Closure of Service Requests' are set on Responsibility level
If set on Site level , the auto close functionality works
