When Attempting to Back out a Life Event, Errors: APP-PAY-07423 Invalid Person ID

When attempting to back out the Open life event, the following error occurs:
The PERSON_ID value does not exist as of the effective date.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Un-process the Open life event which followed the Rehire event.
