How to resolve intermittent Configuration Validation errors on Order import? (Doc ID 1621378.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry
Customer is importing the Orders for ATO Model via Order Import program.
For many orders, Order Import is failing with "Configuration validation resulted in error" & Scheduling error.

Note: When we delete the data from Order iface table and try to import again, it is importing the order
