ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After the installation of Mobile Field Service Laptop, the initial Sync stops at 45% and finally time out

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the initial sync to complete successfully

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download Mobile Field Service Laptop setup.exe and install the client
2. Log in Mobile Field Service Laptop and do the sync
