Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version,

Issue when executing a query in Payments form ( APXPAWKB.fmb )

Go to path: Payments ->Entry -> Payment -> Query payments for some Data Range.

The following errors show up.

 

FRM-40831: Truncation occurred: value too long for field CURRENT_BANK_ACCOUNT_NAME.

FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup.
This could happen due to invalid configuration.
Please look into the web-server log file for details.
