New Modifiers Are Adding The Get Item At $0 Zero Price Regardless Of The List Price We Specify (Doc ID 1621922.1)

Symptoms

Customer applied <Patch 17671627>:R12.QP.B, and that did fix error when trying to "get price" for add items:

However, when the item is added it is added at $0 (regardless of the price you've selected in get price).
If you go back into the modifier and re-select the price it seems to take the price and price correctly.

Summary- existing modifiers seem to be working fine, even after updating the add item.
New modifiers are back to adding the add item at $0 regardless of the price we specify.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect new modifiers to have specified price, not $0.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User / Pricing Manager
2. Navigate: pricing > Modifiers > Modifier Details
3. Create a promotion goods modifier
4. click on define details button
5. enter get product(s)

 form shortname: QPXPRMLS
