Oracle Sales is Not Showing Notes with Note Context of PARTY_ORGANIZATION (Doc ID 1622256.1)

In Oracle Sales, for Customer, the Notes and tasks tab does not show notes created with Context of 'Organizations' ( PARTY_ORGANIZATION).

Responsibility:  Sales User
Navigation:  Customers ( shortcut ),  Search for Customer and select one.
  In the Notes and Tasks tab,  view notes.
