R12.2 Patch Wizard Unable To Connect To Metalink (Doc ID 1622277.1)

After upgrading to R12.2.3 from R12.1.2,  unable to setup metalink access using MOS credentials in patch wizard.

Unable to connect to Metalink. Please enter a valid Metalink userid and password. Please also check if the Web Proxy Setup information is correct.


 Upgrade to R12.2
