Symptoms

On Applications 12.1.3:
When attempting to run the Account Analysis report for all expenses of a particular departments for whole year.

The report is running for nearly 2 days and still not complete

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. running the Account Analysis report for all expenses of a particular departments for whole year.
2. set the "Include Transaction Identifiers" as yes
3. The report is running for nearly 2 days and still not complete
4. Report is working fine for smaller ranges.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are Unable to generate year end Reports.
