JEITPDEF: Italian Polyvalent Declaration - Electronic File has several issues
in its format:

1. It produces a file with wrong length: it has a record 1902 char long instead of 1900.
The latest characters must be:
Position 1898 - 'A'
Position 1899 - CR (exadecimal '0D')
Position 1900 - LF (exadecimal '0A')

2. Record Type B has wrong layout: it is missing an information. In detail:
Position 129; flag for record type TA: it must be '1' as record type E,
column type 'TA' is always fullfilled
Position 130 to 140 must have the TAX registration id of the Reporting
Identifier Legal Entity.

3. Record Type D, section SE, FN, wrong field length:

Record Type D, section SE, FN, has wrong field length when the fields is
longer than 16 characters: it should be splitted in more than one field 16
characters long each

4. In record type B all dates and numbers must be defines as numeric


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot produce correctly Italian Polyvalent Declaration - Electronic File
