Symptoms
When attempting to interface trip stop id 3113090, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Nav->shipping->interfaces->run
2 Run interface trip stop for stop id 3113090
3. ITS completes with warning
4. Review ITS debug log file, see above error.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete interfacing stop id 3113090 to OM and Inventory. This leaves unprocessed shipping transactions which prevent closure of the current accounting period.
