Goal
It is desirable that a specific user creates a session in an specific language, disregarding browser settings.
On a NON-Single Sign On enabled R12.1.2 Oracle Applications system, how to restrict users to access only an English session on a Multi-Language installed instance at the server side? This is to make the users only access the English language web pages and forms.
Example:
Users use browsers that have default language as Traditional Chinese. The EBS server is installed US and ZHT language enabled.
