APP-PO-14094 - Unable To Make Receipt for any RMA RCVRCERC (Doc ID 1624513.1)

Symptoms

On 12.1.3

Unable to make Receipt for RMA as the following error message appears when searching for any RMA on Find Expected Receipts form

APP-PO-14094: No records meet your search criteria


Note:
The issue occurs for all RMAs in specific destination organization.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
. Go to Inventory > Receiving > Receipt RCVRCERC form
. In Find Expected Receipts form, Customer tab
. Search for RMA Number
. Then click find.
. Get error

Rcv11i output from <Note 402245.1> for the RMA shows data is correct per  <Note 444771.1>
