Symptoms
When attempting to process a scheduled life event for one person, the following error occurs:
ERROR

APP-PAY-07699: A recurring entry already exists.
LOG FILE MESSAGE
-----------------------
HR_7699_ELE_ENTRY_REC_EXISTS
A recurring entry for standard already exists for this assignment.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using the responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request.
3. Submit Request Name "Participation Process: Scheduled" with the following parameters:
-Effective Date: DD-MMM-YYYY
Detect Temporal Events: Age, Service, Compensation...
Validate: Commit
Person Name:
Person Type:
Program Name:
Life Event Occurred Date:
Plans not in Program: No
Only Programs: No
