Getting duplicate entries for elements that were already paid in the previous pay period. This is occurring after upgrading from Retropay By Element to Retropay Enhanced.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Login to HRMS Manager
1. Do a Backdated transaction for employee
2. Run Retropay Enhanced and find there are entries created that have already been paid in prior periods
