On : 12.0.6 version, Upgrade related issues

When attempting to apply patch 7303030 to upgrade from 12.0.6 to 12.1.1 the following workers have failed. The reported error is the same for all of these workers.

FAILED: file faimportaad.sql on worker 4.
FAILED: file poimportaad.sql on worker 8.
FAILED: file fvimportaad.sql on worker 11.
FAILED: file gmfaadimp.sql on worker 14.
FAILED: file igcpreimportaad.sql on worker 16.
FAILED: file lnsimportaad.sql on worker 17.
FAILED: file paxlaaad.sql on worker 18.
FAILED: file pnimportaad.sql on worker 19.
FAILED: file apimportaad.sql on worker 21.
FAILED: file oklimportaad.sql on worker 24.
FAILED: file cstaadimp.sql on worker 30.
