Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Retirement & Reinstatement

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying patch 17479812:R12.FA.B, the YTD depreciation is not correctly backed out for full retirements of assets which have a depreciation method with the depreciate in year retired option unchecked.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the ytd depreciation to be correctly backed out.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fully retire an asset in the corporate book and run Calculate Gains and Losses
2. Run Periodic Mass Copy for the tax book
3. Run Calculate Gains and Losses for the tax book

Changes

Patch 17479812:R12.FA.B was applied as per R12.1 Asset Fully Retired In Asset Tax Book Showing Negative YTD Depreciation Even Though The 'Depreciate In Year Retired' Option Is Unchecked (Doc ID 1598734.1), but did not resolve the issue for all cases.
