Customers Workbench: Not Able to Query a Customer (Doc ID 1625358.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module

Attempting to query the customer in the Customer form and there is no results.
The same customer is seen in the Customer Details Listing report.
This does not occur with all the customers, just a few.
