Oracle Email Alert in Outlook - Format Issue

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Oracle Alert was designed to send automatically to email to the business users.
Existing email Lotus notes, which the formatting was proper and business users received in proper format with perfect alignment.
Whereas after the Lotus notes has been migrated to "Microsoft Outlook" the formatting/ alignment is not proper.
