On : 12.0.6 version, Approvals - Req, PO

When approving purchase orders (PO), the concurrent request POXPOPDF module: PO Output for Communication fails with the following error:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PO and submit it for approval.
2. As approver approve the PO, after which the concurrent request POXPOPDF module: PO Output for Communication is being launched.
3. This fails with the above mentioned error.
