Application Menu Option Not Available When Navigating to Transaction Workbench From Collections (Doc ID 1626199.1)

Attempting to view the Transaction Workbench from Collections and the Applications option is not available from the Menu, in order to Unapply a Credit Memo.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Advanced Collections
Navigation:  Collections Agent > Collections
   Query a Customer
   Go To:  Transaction Tab > Change to Credit Memos > Select Credit Memo > Right Click > Transactions Workbench
   Go To:  Menu: Actions - the Applications option is not available.

If you query the same Credit Memo in the Receivables > Transactions Workbench, the Applications option is available from the menu.

Expect to see the Applications option available from Collections > Transaction Workbench and not have to go back into Receivables.

Due to this issue, you have to take extra navigation steps to get out of Collections and go into Receivables to unapply the credit memo.
