In 12.1.3 Receipt correction fails to display lot number in a WMS enabled organization
When performing a quantity increase receipt correction of a lot controlled inventory item in a WMS enabled organisation, the system does not display the lot number associated with the original receipt.
When performing a receipt correction where the quantity is decreased, the system works as expected. The user is able to reference the lot number of the original receipt.
A trace file shows that the system appears to be looking for LPN details associated with the lot number but the original receipt was for loose stock which still resides in the receiving locator.
Tested with a receipt using an LPN and it also failed to provide the lot number
