Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Upgrade and Migration

The HQ_ESTB_REG_NUMBER is not populating on ZX_LINES for every record.

If the Tax Regime Country is the same as the first Party Legal Entity on the Transaction, the HQ_ESTB_REG_NUMBER field is populated in ZX_LINES.
If the Tax Regime Country is different than the first Party Legal Entity, the HQ_ESTB_REG_NUMBER field does not get populated in ZX_LINES.
