Cannot Relink Reports On R12 64bit Linux After JDK 1.6 Upgrade (Doc ID 1627190.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Applications 12.1.3 version, after upgrading to JDK 1.6,
it was found that one cannot relink reports on SUSE 64bit Linux as the following error results:
