Symptoms

Outbound sales order transmitted through XML gateway fails with the following error:

COMPLETED 3000 [ISS.0084.9001] Invalid credentials SALESORDER HTTP Response: HTTP/1.0 401 [ISS.0084.9001] Invalid credentials Set-Cookie: ssnid=; path=/; Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8 WWW-Authenticate: Basic realm="webMethods", encoding="UTF-8" Content-Length: 24
Access Denied
