ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When adding an approver for a requisition and click on LOV for name - the word "Name" shows twice.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 1) Login with Iprocurement
 2) Create NCR request
 3) Add to cart and in Approvals page click on Manage Approvals
 4) Select insert Approver and access the Search and Select: Approver
 5) Here verify that attribute "Name" is displayed Twice instead of "First Name" and "Last Name"
