APRO Incompatibility Between Process Lockbox And Bank Statement Import & Autoreconcilliation Not Working (Doc ID 1627556.1)

To Document an issue that has been logged by at least two customers regarding the APRO, Lockbox and Cash Management Autoreconciliation


We have scheduled the Process Lockbox in AR and the Process Lockbox and Bank statement Import & Autoreconcilliation in CM as suggested in the APRO setup.

However, the Bank Statement Import & Autoreconcilliation starts only a few seconds after the Process Lockbox is submitted. Therefore transactions don't get reconcilled and the process has to be run manually again.
