Mobile Field Service: Why Do Some SRs/Tasks Disappear From Mobile Field Service After Completing The Debrief? (Doc ID 1627677.1)

When updating a Task status (or Debrief status)  to 'Completed' on Mobile Field Service Laptop, and then doing a synchronization, the task (with the Service Request) will sometimes disappear from Mobile Field Service Laptop.  Is this a standard behavior?
