Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management for Public Sector
When an Award modification is rejected the following error message is returned: “Unable To Reject the Contract”
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create an award and submit for approval with contracting officer signature enabled.
2. Navigate to the Change Order / Modification signature notification and reject the award
3. Verify the message "Unable To Reject Award " is sent, but should not be sent
Instead 'Document has been rejected' notification should be sent.
