Symptoms
When attempting to run the "Override Allocation" action while selecting multiple Commitment Allocation Usage records, this fails with:
The total allocation percentage should be between 1 to 100%
Even though the total for each individual is 100. OTM seems to be summing ALL selections to be total of 100
