On release 12.1.3:

When attempting to define a new calendar by selecting the From and To dates using the date pickers provided, the following errors occur.

FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-RECORD-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01476
FRM-41086: Error getting Group selection count.
FRM-40733: PL/SQL built-in GET_GROUP_SELECTION_COUNT failed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Inventory Responsibility
2. Navigate to Setup > Organization > Calendars
3. Enter a calendar name
4. Under Calendar Date Range section, select any dates using the date picker (let's say kind of list of values) provided there.
5. Once you selected the From and To Date, click OK on the calendar window.
6. See the FRM-40735 error.
7. If you ignore this, click on Workday Patterns, enter the data and Save, you will see the above reported errors.

At above step 4, enter (type in) the From Date and To Date manually instead of invoking the date picker utility.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create the workday calendar for Inventory organization(s) which is an early setup step for implementing Logistics and Manufacturing applications.
