On : 12.1.3 version, User Interface in All instances.
When online 'Help' is clicked from Approvals Management responsibility, the pop up 'Help' window shows below error.
An error occurred while retrieving Oracle Applications Help Information.
Help target US/PER@lapprovergroups could not be found.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Gone into responsibility to 'Approvals Management Business Analystl' > Business Analyst Dashboard.
2. Selected a transaction type and clicked on Setup to go to 'Approver Groups' TAB.
Clicked on 'Create' to create a new approver group and entered details for the approver group.
Then clicked on 'Help' button on Menu and the below error throws above error instead of Oracle Applications documentation.
