Using Swiss DTA Format "IBY_PAY_EFT_DTA_CH" and IBYDE_D_CH Template, Swiss DTA Totals Has Too Many Decimals/Precision

On : 12.1.3 version, Pmt PayReports PBatch & Prepay

Using seeded Payment Process Profile (Code: IBY_PAY_EFT_DTA_CH, Name: Swiss DTA), and seeded Format (Code: IBY_PAY_EFT_DTA_CH, Name: Swiss DTA Format), and seeded Template (Code: IBYDE_D_CH, Name: Swiss DTA Format), Swiss DTA totals has too many decimals for example, "0002389000223134,219999999"

Swiss DTA payment total has 9 decimal places. The currency precision for the using currency is defined as 2 and the file is being rejected by the bank.

Expect to be able to read the total of payment in only two precision. For example, "0002389000223134,21       ".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit PPR using PPP "IBY_PAY_EFT_DTA_CH"

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the total of payments as expected. For example, "0002389000223134,21       ".
