Customers Workbench: Unable to Update the Reciprocal Check Box for Customer Relationships in the Customers Page

Information in this document applies to any platform.
You are attempting to update the Reciprocal check box, for Customer Relationships, in the Customers form and find it is read-only and does not allow updates.
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigation: Customers > Customers
-Query for customer that has reciprocal relationship
-Click on the Account Details icon.
-Select the Relationships tab
-Note that the 'Reciprocal' check box is grayed out.
