Customers Workbench: Unable to Update the Reciprocal Check Box for Customer Relationships in the Customers Page (Doc ID 1628455.1)

Symptoms

In R12.1.3:

You are attempting to update the Reciprocal check box, for Customer Relationships, in the Customers form and find it is read-only and does not allow updates.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation:  Customers > Customers
-Query for customer that has reciprocal relationship
-Click on the Account Details icon.
-Select the Relationships tab
-Note that the 'Reciprocal' check box is grayed out.
