Symptoms

On 12.1 HRMS RUP6:

When attempting to add candidate to vacancy or when external candidate attempts to apply for a job, the following error occurs:

You cannot launch this class. The class was not found.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: iRecruitment Recruiter.
2. Navigation: iRecruitment Home > Vacancies tab.
3. Search for vacancy.
4. Press Go button.
5. Click on Add Applicant icon.
6. Enter Last Name.
7. Press Go button.
8. Select candidate.
9. Press Next button until at Apply for Job: Additional Information.
10. Press Next button.
11. Get error message.
