Purpose

This note describes the basic steps required to

- install CLE product through ADsplice CLE product and

- the mandatory pre-requisite patches for 12.2 EMEA Add-On Localizations.

Scope

 To all customers using R12.2 EMEA Add-on Localizations

Note : If you were using the EMEA Add-on Localizations in the source instance, and you are upgrading to 12.2, you need complete the EMEA Add-on Localizations upgrade steps before EBR enablement
