Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Debrief / Field Service Report

Actual Behaviour

When clicking on the Resolution Code LOV in the HTML Debrief screen some of the values are duplicated.

Expected Behaviour

To see each value only once.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Task>Debrief
  2. (N)Resolution LOV in the SR
  3. Some duplicate values in the LOV
