RCT_CHARGEBACK Account Class Defined wrong with Claim Investigation

Symptoms

A credit card chargeback was created and appears to be causing an imbalance on the AR Reconciliation report for UNAPPLIED RECEIPTS.

The Chargeback Function is being written to XLA tables as Claim Investigation.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation:  Control > Request > Run
 LOV: Import Application Accounting
 Run Import Application Accounting Definitions (XLAALIMP)
