Service Request Form: Task Planned Effort Calculated As Zero When Entering/Changing the Scheduled End Date for a Task (Doc ID 1628848.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form -> Task Tab

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When entering the scheduled end time, the Planned Effort value is updated to 0 (zero).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the correct Planned Effort to be calculated and displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In the Task tab, create a task

2. Enter the Scheduled Start and End times,
3. Planned Effort field is automatically updated to zero.
