On : 12.1.3 version, Receivables Uptake of EBTAX
Attempting to add or update a Registration Regime and VAT Number to a customer profile and receive the following error:
ERROR ----------------------- 505 Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Steps to Reproduce: Responsibility: Receivables Navigation: Customers > Tax Profile
This issue occurs with Internet Explorer and prevents to log into the application using IE. If you clear the cache, you can use IE again. You can also log back into the application using a different browser (ie. Firefox).
